Those workers who hold self-employment jobs as own-account workers in a market-oriented establishment operated by a related person living in the same household who cannot be regarded as partners, because their degree of commitment to the operation of the establishment, in terms of working time or other key factors, is not at a comparable level to that of the head of the establishment.
