Forest area, % land (SDG 15.1.1)

Total forest area as percentage of total land area.The two criteria for a forest area are: (1) an area that spans more than half a hectare, with trees higher than five metres; and (2) a canopy cover of more than 10%, or trees able to reach that threshold in situ.
