| source_abstract | This dashboard focuses on water quality data for the cities of Nairobi and Cape Town. All data is derived from the GEMStat database and the classification and thresholds are provided by UNEP (2017) and UN Water (2016). As the classification currently covers only lakes, reservoirs, rivers and streams, thresholds for wetlands and groundwater stations are not included into the dashboard.
