Plastic waste generation (SCP Indicator 24)

This parameter provides a clear measure of the amount of plastic waste generation by country. It is related to the consumption of plastics and generation of plastic waste (mass/day). This indicator is tracked by MedWaves (UNEP/MAP SCP/RAC) and is part of the Regional Action Plan on Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) in the Mediterranean.
