Municipal national sub index for climate change adaptative capacity TCNCC Colombia Scale 1:100.000 Year: 2017

Geographic information that represents the subindex of adaptive capacity to climate change for Colombia at the municipal level (capacity to reduce vulnerability to the consequences of climate change). This spatial information is made up of both the value of the adaptive capacity on a scale of 0.1 and 1, as well as the degree of capacity to adapt to climate change (rating from very high to very low). To obtain it, an ACP was made for each municipality in Colombia (vector layer source IGAC 2014), using the statistical software ADE-4, which functions as a library in the R environment (R Development Core Team, 2004). Subsequently, the vector information was structured in a file geodatabase. The product was prepared by the team of the Third National Communication on Climate Change (TCNCC) in 2017, a team made up of the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
