Municipal national sub index for sensitivity to climate change TCNCC Colombia Scale 1:100.000. Year: 2017

Geographic information that represents the subindex of sensitivity to climate change at the municipal level in Colombia (indicator of the response of the climate system to a forceful sustained radiative). This spatial information is made up by the sensitivity value at a scale of 0.1 y 1, as well as by the degree of sensitivity (graded form too high to too low). To obtain this, an ACP was performed for each municipality in Colombia (vector level source IGAC 2014), using the statistical software ADE-4, which works as a library in the environment of R (R Development Core Team, 2004). Subsequently the vector information was strucutred in a file geodatabase. The product was elaborated by a team of the Third National Climate Change Communication (TCNCC) in 2017, a team comformed by the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology, and Enviromental Studies and the United Nations Develpoment Program (PNUD).
