Tenth Meeting of the Liaison Group on Capacity-building for Biosafety

Organized by the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), this meeting will focus on options for strengthening the capacities of Parties to review and integrate their national measures for the implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety into national biodiversity strategies and action plans (NBSAPs) and national development policies, plans and programmes. The meeting will also consider ways and means of mobilizing new and additional resources to support the Protocol's national implementation.
