Second Meeting of the ITPGR Working Group to Enhance the Functioning of the MLS

Organized by the Secretariat of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGR), the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group to Enhance the Functioning of the Multilateral System (MLS) of Access and Benefit-sharing will continue considering measures to increase user-based payments and contributions to the Benefit-sharing Fund, and additional measures to enhance the functioning of the MLS. The meeting will be preceded by regional and inter-regional consultations, to be held on 8 December 2014.
