Second Meeting of the expert working group on the e-waste technical guidelines

Highlights: The objective of the meeting is to advance the work on further developing the technical guidelines on transboundary movements of electrical and electronic waste and used electrical and electronic equipment, in particular regarding the distinction between waste and non waste under the Basel Convention, as per COP13 decision BC-13/5.  The meeting participants include representatives from countries, who are members of the Expert Working Group on the e-waste technical guidelines, and observers from various organizations.
