Sub-Regional DNA consultative meeting on the FRA Evaluation Toolkit and other approaches under the Rotterdam Convention

The Conference of the Parties (COP) to the Rotterdam Convention, at its sixth meeting requested the Secretariat to undertake activities as presented in the annex to document UNEP/FAO/RC/COP.6/16 to increase notifications of Final Regulatory Actions(FRAs). Accordingly, the Secretariat undertook activities, including the development of a toolkit to facilitate, the Designated National Authorities (DNAs) of the Rotterdam Convention to user-friendly access scientific and technical information in the evaluation of FRAs.
