CBD Regional Workshop to Facilitate the Description of EBSAs in the North-East Indian Ocean Region

The workshop will bring together scientific and technical experts to analyze biological and ecological data and information on marine ecosystems, habitats and species, and geological, physical or oceanographic data. Participants are expected to produce a regional workshop report on areas meeting EBSA criteria for consideration by the CBD's Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA).
