Based on the latest decision of the COP Bureau, the second special session of the Committee on Science and Technology (CST S-2) and the ninth session of the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention (CRIC9) will held back-to-back in World Conference Center, Bonn, Germany From 16 to 25 February 2011
