Training in Land and Coastal Use Planning: Case Study Venezuela - CEP Technical Report 13

This project was originally designed to strengthen the capabilities of governments of the region to undertake environmentally sound development and to manage the marine and coastal resources by providing training in land and coastal use planning to managers and mid- and top-level government officials. The project was implemented by the Ministry of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (MARNR) of Venezuela between October 1989 and February 1991. This document examines the specific experience of Venezuela.
