Review of Legislation on Environmental Impact Assessment of Georgia with Regard to Implementation of the Espoo Convention

The project’s objective is to assist Georgia to build its administrative capacity and to enhance its legal and institutional frameworks for applying environmental impact assessment (EIA) in a transboundary context for all major projects under consideration that might have adverse environmental impact across borders.
