Kuwait Regional Convention for Co-operation on the Protection of the Marine Environment from Pollution: Protocol Concerning Regional Co-operation in Combating Pollution by Oil and other Harmful Substances in Cases of Emergency

This publication contains the texts of the two legal agreements that have been adopted for the protection and development of the marine environment and coastal areas of the Kuwait Action Plan Region. In considering the agreements, the comprehensive scope of environmental assessment and management activities that are carried out to support and make effective the States' legal commitments should be borne in mind.
