Integrated Coastal Planning and Ecosystem-Based Management in the Northwest Pacific Region - POMRAC Technical Report No. 8

The first part of this report provides a synthesis of experiences and lessons learned in integrated coastal and river basin management (ICARM) among the four countries in the NOWPAP region, and the second part serves as a guidebook designed to assist member states in applying efficient ICARM methodologies and best practices including coastal area and river basin planning (landscape, urban and marine spatial).
