Green Economy Policy Review of South Africa's Industrial Policy Framework

This report reviews South Africa’s industrial policy, from an inclusive green economy perspective. It investigates the extent to which South Africa’s industrial policy is responding to the country’s transition to an inclusive green economy. The policy design and implementation are unpacked in Sections 2 and 3 respectively. Recommendations to move towards a green industrial policy are then formulated in Section 4. Section 5 concludes on the findings of the review.
