Final Evaluation of the Institutionalising the African Roundtable on Cleaner Production and Sustainable Consumption Project

The overall objective of the final evaluation of the ARSCP project was to assess whether the objectives and goals had been achieved in an effective and efficient maniier and to provide recommendations and lessons from project implementation in order to assist in determining whether to continue, replicate or expand the project. The Evaluator reviewed various project documents, held interviews with key stakeholders and solicited responses from some respondents using a strucwred questionnaire. This report presents the results from the final evaluation of the project. The evaluation exercise produced the following key findings.
