Draft Mapping Report and Preliminary Findings of the Assessment of the Fourth Programme for the Development and Review of Environmental law (Montevideo IV) - Discussion Draft

This draft report is a component of the independent assessment of Montevideo IV, mandated by the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA) and which is currently being undertaken by the Evaluation Office of UN Environment. It also contains preliminary findings of the assessment, which will be discussed at the first global meeting of national focal points for the Montevideo Programme for the Development and Periodic Review of Environmental Law (Montevideo Programme IV).
