Consolidated Assessment of Efforts Made Toward the Elimination of Polychlorinated Biphenyls

The substantive part of this report is structured according to these three elements. The discussion of the data is preceded by a discussion of the sources of information and methodology relied upon for this report as well as the limitations and challenges that were encountered in gathering data and conducting the statistical analysis. As compared to the preliminary assessment, new sources of information have been included, as elaborated upon in section 2.1 below. Moreover, the methodology has been further refined with the aim of providing more accurate estimates for the variables of interest.This report is an initial assessment based on the limited data available
