Compilation of Illustrative Examples Received in the Preparation Phase of Manuals on Green and Sustainable Chemistry

These examples originally were meant to complement the previously submitted best practices. However, they have come to serve as powerful reference for the 10 objectives and guiding considerations (Figure 1) around which the Framework manual is centered. The illustrative examples have been compiled and analyzed and are presented in the following two annexes. Annex A provides an overview of the types of institutions/organizations which responded to the call while Annex B provides a tagged list and summary for each of the submitted examples.
