Handbook for the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer - Third Edition

This third edition of the Montreal Protocol Handbook updates the previous 1992 edition with the inclusion of the decisions of the Fourth Meeting in Copenhagen in November 1992. It incorporates into the Protocol the adjustments and the Amendment adopted at that meeting. It also annexes some important recent decisions of the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund.
