Guidelines for Environmental Assessment of Development Projects

The purpose of the Test Model is to make available to the policy and decision makers environmental information in a form they can readily use. It facilitates development decisions that are conducive to making resources available on a sustained basis. This recognizes the symbiotic and mutually supportive relationship between development and environmental enhancement.
