| source_abstract | This dashboard is a pilot air quality monitoring service integrating all the stations of the in-situ National Air Pollution Monitoring Network (NABEL [https://www.bafu.admin.ch/bafu/en/home/topics/air/state/data/national-air-pollution-monitoring-network--nabel-.html]) together with data acquired by the Copernicus Sentinel-5P [https://sentinels.copernicus.eu/web/sentinel/missions/sentinel-5p] satellite. It allows users to visualise daily NO2 measurements (from NABEL) with monthly maps of NO2 concentration from Sentinel5-P. Statistics by cantons are also provided. The period of observations covers the entire year 2020, during the COVID crisis, and we clearly see both from in-situ and remote observations the decrease of pollutant concentration in the atmosphere related to the lockdown.
