Venue: FAO Headquartus, Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, 00153 Rome, ItalyBackground: The Chemical Review Committee (CRC) is a subsidiary body of the Rotterdam Convention established to review chemicals and pesticide formulations according to the criteria set out by the Convention and make recommendations to the Conference of the Parties (COP) for listing such chemicals under the Convention. The seventh meeting of the COP held in May 2015 identified 14 Parties to designate new members to serve on the CRC, with terms of office commencing on 1 May 2016.Working Languages: English
