Status of Activities for the sub-programme on the Assessment and Management of Environmental Pollution (AMEP) for 2015-2016

Th is report presents th e status of activities for the sub p rogramme on the Assessment and Management of Environmental Pollution (AMEP) in support of the Protocol Concerning Land Based Sources of Marine Pollution (LBS Protocol) for the period 201 5 201 6 It also provides a summary of relevant recommendations and decisions of the Second Meeting of the Scientific, Technical and Advisory Committee to the LBS Protocol (2nd LBS STAC), Second Meeting of the Contracting Parties (2nd COP) to the LBS Protocol, and Sixteenth Intergovernmental Meeting on the Action Plan for the Caribbean Environment Programme (16th IGM (Annex I of this report).
