The meeting was dedicated to the definition of specific actions to take for the implementation of the Recommendation on non compliance with obligations regarding submission of reports provided for in Article 26 of the Barcelona Convention, the finalization of criteria for the evaluation of reports by the Secretariat and the Committee to establish compliance, the assessment of the three reports submitted by Contracting Parties as well as the evaluation of the revised draft ot Format report of the Barcelona
