The Training Manual for Suppliers is part of the package developed for conducting capacity building training courses on Sustainable Public Procurement in Mauritius. These have been developed by Environmental Management Centre LLP (EMC), India under the project commissioned by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Government of the Republic of Mauritius for Capacity Building for the implementation of Sustainable Public Procurement in Mauritius.
