Meeting of the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention

Venue: International Environment House 1 (IEH-1), Chatelaine, Geneva, Switzerland.Highlights: The Bureau of the eighth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention met from 28 to 29 June 2016 in Geneva, Switzerland. The Bureau members discussed, among other things, the preparation of the eighth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention to be held in 2017 back to back with the thirteenth and eighth meetings of the conferences of the parties to the Basel and Rotterdam conventions, respectively. The Bureau also considered progress on intersessional work.Working Language: The working language of the meeting was English.
