| source_abstract | This digitial elevation model (DEM) is derived from CGIAR-CSI SRTM v4.1 and ASTER GDEM v2 data products, and has been processed and mergedm inculding void-filling and smoothing of irregularities, to provide continuous coverage of ~91% of the globe. Data can also be downloaded from EarthEnv [http://www.earthenv.org/DEM].
